Optimal events fall into two categories:

  1. Fireside chats / informational events with a social mixer attached. These are free and open to the public, and intended to provide access to live, engaging experts with domain-specialization in areas relevant to human performance and longevity and to connect with other members of the community interested in the same space.

  2. Experiential events. These are paid events where right-of-first-attendance is preferentially assigned to Optimal members at a relative discount prior to being opened up to the public. Experiences will be centred around guided workouts with a performance and/or longevity theme (e.g. hitting Zone 2 target HR, building functional carrying-strength that leads to stronger grip measurements, etc.), with some workouts being complemented by more formalized lectures and/or blueprint-style food.
