How our membership works

An explainer for how our current membership model works.

Our base membership ($600/yr) get you the following:

• Baseline blood panel (screen for suboptimal biomarkers) with results provided in a custom biomarker report

• Baseline longevity consultation with protocol coach (45m)

• Protocol coach follow-up check-in #1 (25m)

• Repeat follow-up blood panel (to check for biomarker optimization) with results provided in a custom biomarker report

• Protocol coach check-in #2 (25m)

• Access to add-on panels + add-on coaching sessions for 1 year

• Preferential access to in-person experiential events for 1 year (events will be open to the public but members of Optimal will get preferential access to sign up first).

• Preferential access to annual Human Accelerator event (annual retreat) for 1 year

• Access to additional add-on tests for 1 year (VO2 max, DEXA scans, CGM, larger & wider biomarker panels) (pending)

• Access to online dashboard for viewing results with protocols built-in (pending)

We have two panels that you can select with your annual membership:

• A focused longevity panel that offers biomarker testing focused on extending healthspan and lifespan.

• A additional male performance panel that offers biomarker testing focused on optimizing male hormones through natural means and without relying on pharmaceuticals like TRT.
