How protocol coaching works
A different approach to human optimization.

Conflicts to declare: None. Please remember to consult with a healthcare provider prior to undertaking any of the protocols available here.
The concept behind a "protocol coach" is a fusion of two roles:
A standard primary healthcare clinician with multi-system knowledge and clinical skills in different body systems (e.g. cardiac system, endocrine system, etc.). This is the kind of expertise you would expect to encounter from any good primary care provider working in the standard healthcare system.
An individualized coach with domain knowledge in human optimization through the implementation of various exercise, dietary, and supplement-oriented protocols. This is more analogous to the type of specialized insight and advice you might expect to see from a health-oriented podcast with a higher resolution of detail.
Under our current membership model, protocol coaching is divided into three appointments:
First consultation (45m) - Your PHC-NP will conduct a longevity consultation and take a medical history that includes a detailed inquiry into performance and longevity related lifestyle factors. They will also help you to interpret the findings of your baseline biomarker report derived from your initial blood panel. A limited initial trial of 1 or more protocols will be individualized and recommended to you with the goal of improving of maintaining biomarker optimization.
First follow-up appointment (25m) - Your PHC-NP will check-in to see how you're doing with protocol implementation and where you might be facing challenges. Additional protocols will be individualized and recommended as needed.
Second follow-up appointment (25m) - Your PHC-NP will check-in to discuss your repeat biomarker report derived from your second blood panel. The feedback from lab testing will inform whether or not your protocol strategy has been successful and whether or not additional tweaks are required to achieve further optimization.
After completing the core program of 2 biomarkers tests and 3 appointments, you can add-on additional sessions and biomarker testing reports for the duration of your membership year.
